There is a health slogan that says 'You are what you eat'
Ever thought of that statement? how do you become what you eat?

It means if you eat junk foods or fast foods or fatty foods, you will add weight. People will think things are going on fine for you BUT YOU ARE GRADUALLY DYING. what? YEP. How?
